If you have an old service number (even if it's not currently connected or you're not requesting to keep a number) this will be an advantage to avoid further charges. Even if the line is disconnected, try and call 127 22 123 or 1832 127 22 123 to find the last connected number.

You have the ability to choose between a month-to-month plan with a once-off activation fee of $99, or alternatively bypass this fee on a 12 month fixed term.

If you would like to port your phone number from another provider, please provide us with the Telco name, the service number and your existing number with them
