QTelecom would like to notify our existing and potential new customers of the impending Telecommunications Embargo period scheduled over the coming holiday season where facilities access, and works carried out by our upstream carriers (Telstra, AAPT, TPG) will be restricted or delayed due to lock downs and reduced workforce.

This includes all new and ongoing NBN installations.

The embargo period will begin effective 14th December 2015, and will conclude 11th January 2016.

During this time, complex telecommunications orders and modifications may be delayed or re-scheduled until after the Embargo period. Additionally, regular service orders or modifications may also be delayed in this time also.
