Our upstream carrier is experiencing a major outage with a core router in their Sydney data centre, affecting services across the country.

This outage is affecting our own office and phone system as well, so getting through to us by phone is not possible at the moment.

Engineers are onsite and are working to resolve the issue. We do not have an ETA at this time, however we are receiving reports of services being restored.

Please leave your modem connected as once the problem in the data centre has been resolved services should come back online without intervention.
