Things you should know:
1. All connections are subject to a 24 month agreement. 2. All connections come with a dynamic IP address. Static IP address can be purchased separately. 3. If you cancel your NBN service within 24 months of connecting, you will be required to pay a once off early termination fee (ETF) of $150.00. 4. NBN is not available to all customers in all areas. 5. “NBN” broadband will deliver speeds of up to 100Mbps at selected areas where NBN infrastructure has been installed. 6. Speeds are theoretical maximum speeds based on NBN tests. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, customer premises interference, traffic and hardware and software. 7. Some existing members may need to purchase a new modem to access the NBN. 8. Once you have reached your usage allowance, the speed of your service will slow to 256kbps. 9. Usage means monthly download data transfer. 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. 10. Acceptable Usage Policy Applies. 11. A $0 activation fee applies to all 24 month plan connections. 12. Lead in and connection times :NBN states 30 working days for Available Infrastructure – and 5 working days for Existing Infrastructure. We should be able to indicate the timeline at order acceptance.
